New ESPN-themed cookbook on college town eateries highlights Columbia restaurants

"Taste of the Town: A Guided Tour of College Football's Best Places to Ea" based on the ESPN segment by Todd Blackledge, features stories and recipes from college town eateries, including Yesterday's, Blue Marlin and Chavis BBQ and Vegetable Medley in Lexington.
The book features several recipes, including Yesterday's Arkansas Traveler, Blue Marlin's Pimento Cheese, Fried Green Tomatoes, the Shrimp and Grits.
Clemson restaurants featured in the book include Mac's Drive-In, Calhoun Corners and Blue Heron Restaurant and Sushi Bar.
The cookbook will be released Sept. 3 by Center Street Publishing.
