Thanksgiving and the day after: Fourth Thursday in November and the Friday following

Also worth noting: The governor has the authority — and historically has exercised it — to declare Christmas Eve a state holiday.
When a state holiday falls on a Saturday, the previous Friday becomes the official day off.
When a state holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday becomes the official day off.
