B-L councilman plans forum on water plant

Batesburg-Leesville Councilman Steve Cainis holding a forum at 6:15 tonight on his plan for a water plant that differs from the project favored by other town leaders.

The event will be at the town's Leisure Center, 227 Highland Ave. Cain is running for mayor in Tuesday's election.
