Man charged with exposing self to children

A man accused of exposing himself to children walking to their bus stop has been arrested and charged.

Brigham Fromm, 21, was charged with indecent exposure after an investigation into a Nov. 5 incident, the Richland County Sheriff's Department said.

Deputies responded to The Hollows apartments at 1300 Longcreek Drive after two children reported someone had flashed them. An additional witness later came forward to say a man had exposed himself to her "several times". Her description matched that provided by the two children.

On Nov. 10, deputies again were called to the apartment complex for an indecent exposure report from the same children.

Fromm was identified as a suspect and booked into the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. He has since bonded out.
