5 face charges of soliciting prostitution

AIKEN COUNTY

Five men were arrested Friday by Aiken County sheriff’s deputies during an undercover prostitution investigation along S.C. 421 in Gloverville, a Sheriff’s Office release said.

Charged with solicitation of prostitution are: Elvis L. Brister, 30, and Oscar R. Lopez-Valle, 33, both of Aiken; Sherman R. Carpenter, 39, of Graniteville; Wesley D. Mikell, 34, of Trenton; and Rafeal N. Santos, 36, of Warrenville, the release said.
