21 indicted In 2 CASES

CHARGES: The defendants in alleged cockfighting rings in Lexington and Williamsburg counties each are accused of operating an unlawful animal fighting venture, operating an illegal gambling business and conspiring to violate the Animal Welfare Act.

PENALTIES: They face a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each charge.

Indicted in the Lexington County case are:

Indicted in the Williamsburg County case are:

Roy Wilson Braddock, 51, of Hollywood

Mary Durden Braddock, 55, of Hollywood

Jonathan Leviner, 38, of Sumter

David Earl Davis, 45 of Andrews

Buster Dale Moore, 61, of Andrews

Wade Timmons Mcgee, 34, of Scranton

Charles E. Allbritton, 66, of Mount Pleasant
