Sara Fisher has been elected chairwoman of the Capital City Club board of governors. Fisher is the senior executive vice president and chief operating officer of Columbia-based NBSC; she has held the position since 2003. She serves on the boards of the S.C. Chamber of Commerce, the Palmetto Health Alliance, the S.C. Bankers Association and the ETV Endowment. She also is a past chair of the S.C. Independent Colleges and Universities.
