The owners of TenEleven Galleria will formally announce at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday they are selling the five-business mini-mall in downtown Camden.
Owner Riki Campbell said she is selling the building so she can spend more time with her family. The building has been ap-praised at $1.1 million. Chris Pracht Auctioneers of Anderson and Rowell Realty & Auction of Moultrie, Ga., will handle the sale. Campbell said other details are still being worked out.
Currently the mini-mall houses The Potter's Hand, Victo-ria Susan, Campbell's own book store, Cups coffee shop and an-tique mall. The building's third level is rented out for wedding re-ceptions, banquets and family re-unions.
The restored building, which dates to the 1800s, has had sev-eral tenants close since it opened in October 2002.
