William C. Hubbard, a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, has been selected by the nominating committee as president-elect nominee of the American Bar Association. He is set to be confirmed by the group’s House of Delegates in August and will serve his one-year term as president of the association in 2014. Hubbard, who is running unopposed, served as chairman of the House of Delegates from 2008-2010.
