South Carolina Public Service Commissioner Nikiya “Nikki” Hall has been appointed co-chairwoman of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners’ Washington Action Program.

South Carolina Public Service Commissioner Nikiya “Nikki” Hall has been appointed co-chairwoman of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners’ Washington Action Program. The national organization represents the nation’s state utility regulatory commissions, which includes the Public Service Commission of South Carolina – to which Hall was elected in June 2010 to represent the 6th Congressional District. She is an active member of the national association, where she serves as vice chairwoman of the subcommittee on utility market access.
