Moryah Jackson has joined New Carolina – South Carolina’s Council on Competitiveness as the senior project manager for Education and Workforce Development. In this new role, she will manage activities of the Education and Workforce Development Task Force under New Carolina, which currently focuses on innovation in public education and early childhood development. Jackson has experience in education policy, workforce development and leadership. She is a 2011 S.C. School Improvement Council Education Policy Fellow, as well as a 2012 S.C. Economic Development Institute graduate. In addition, Jackson was recognized by The State as a 2012 “20 Under 40” honoree.
