Sheriff’s deputies in Richland County are seeking a woman that allegedly assaulted a CVS employee last week.
Sheriff Leon Lott said the deputies responded at about 8 p.m. Sept. 20 to an assault report at 3055 Broad River Road.
In a news release from the sheriff’s department, Lott stated that the suspect walked in to the business attempting to return an item. At some point the customer became aggressive and was asked to leave; the suspect verbally and physically assaulted the employee before leaving.
