HEATHWOOD HALL EPISCOPAL SCHOOL’S Laura Slocum, an Upper School chemistry teacher, has been honored as an American Chemical Society Fellow. She is one of 99 scientists nationwide recognized for their accomplishments in chemistry and their contributions to the society. Slocum was honored at an ACS Fellows Ceremony in San Francisco.
