Tuesday, Richland County will unveil utility-pole banners for Decker Boulevard proclaiming it the county's "International Corridor."
The public is invited to a 10 a.m. ceremony at the Bi-Lo Shopping Center, 2230 Decker Blvd., hosted by Richland County Councilman Jim Manning and state Rep. Joan Brady.
The banners are meant to highlight the county's efforts to revitalize Decker Boulevard, a diverse and culturally rich community. The 16 banners cost $3,258 and will stay up year-round, county spokeswoman Tamara King said.
The rain location is Arcadia Self-Storage, 2500 Decker.
