The University of South Carolina’s wedding planning class is looking for engaged couples to provide with a free wedding later this year.
Eligible couples already must be engaged and one or both of them must be either a current University of South Carolina student or alum, or have a parent, grandparent, or parent’s sibling who is a graduate of the university.
The chosen couple must turn over complete control of the wedding to the students and in return will be rewarded with a no-cost wedding.
Couples interested in applying should send their love story to USClovestory11@gmail.com. The story should include a picture of the engaged couple and tell how they met, how long they’ve been together and explain why they should be chosen.
Never miss a local story.
The application deadline is Thursday.
USC Fall Love Story has given away 10 free weddings in the past to couples. The class is taught by Annette Hoover, owner and operator of All About Brides and Events. For more information, email USClovestory11@gmail.com or visit on Facebook at USC Fall Love Story 2011.
