State regulators are proceeding with testimony Thursday from the public in a case involving the placement of SCE&G transmission lines through Northeast Richland.
Starting at 10:30 a.m., the state Public Service Commission will hear from individuals. Commissioners will hear testimony from officials with the power company and local governments who question its chosen route a week later, on Oct. 27, also starting at 10:30 a.m.
The dates have been in flux because of scheduling conflicts.
