‘Restoring the Dream’ celebration set for Sept. 7 in Eau Claire

Civic activists and nonprofit organizations in the Eau Claire community of Columbia will be commemorating the recent 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have A Dream” speech Saturday with a family-friendly public event.
