Two Rock Hill neighbors reported stolen pit bull dogs to police on Wednesday morning.

The residents, who live in separate buildings on Stonewall Avenue, reported their missing dogs after they spoke with a witness who saw two men luring young pit bulls into a car.

According to the Rock Hill police report, a witness saw two men using food to get a 15-month old female dog named Nikki Manaj and a 1-year-old grey male dog named King into a white Ford Taurus.

Based on the description provided by the witness, both dog owners went to the house of one of the men and asked about their stolen dogs. Both dog owners left when the man became aggressive.

There were no dogs in sight, but the dog owners reported hearing barking in the backyard of the man’s house and seeing a choke collar on the front porch.

The owner of Nikki Manaj said he paid $100 for his dog and King’s owner said he paid $500 for the dog.
