A 20-year-old man already in legal trouble was arrested over the weekend on a host of new charges.
Isaac Deshaun Watson is charged with armed robbery, larceny, three counts of kidnapping, and use of a vehicle without permission, according to a release from the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Watson was arrested without incident at a Bonham Road home on Saturday. Tips led investigators to his whereabouts.
Watson is charged with a Feb. 21 robbery at the TD Bank on Garners Ferry Road, when a suspect presented a gun and help three employees captive. He is charged with stealing money and fleeing in a vehicle he wasn’t permitted to use.
Watson was out on bond on a number of other charges.
Sheriff Leon Lott said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges could be forthcoming.
Watson has been transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
