Deputies arrested a man Thursday at Richland County library’s main branch on Assembly Street after a library security guard reported that he was exposing himself to a library employee.
Investigators responding to the call caught Curtis McKie, 39, in the act, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said in a news release. He was charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
The July 3 arrest followed a similar incident around 3 pm on Monday at the library’s Wheatly branch on Woodrow Street.
An investigation found that McKie is also facing two charges for similar acts in other jurisdictions, Lott said.
