No longer wanted Spencer Thomas Bradley, 28, is no longer wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of second-offense criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 718 Lewis Waters Road, Batesburg-Leesville. Bradley is 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Lonnie Davaughn Fears, 20, is wanted on arrest warrants on charges of attempted murder, possessing a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and criminal conspiracy. His last known address was 5904 McMillan Circle, Columbia. Fears is 6 feet tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Charles Richard Richter, 34, is wanted on arrest warrants on charges of burglary and grand larceny. His last known address was 3765 Leeds Ave., North Charleston. Richter is 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. Richter has brown hair and green eyes.
