Two men sought following car theft and break-ins at Lexington homes

LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC Lexington County authorities re looking for two men caught on surveillance video for several overnight residential break-ins on Cedar Vale Drive last week.

Between 11 pm. August 7 and 9:30 am., a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee, worth $11,000, was stolen from one residence. Loose change and a tool were taken from a car parked in another home’s garage. At a third home, a Nintendo DS-XC video game system kept in a car parked in the garage and about 300 compact discs, worth about $3,000, were reported stolen.

One of the homes had surveillance cameras in place which allowed the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department to release photos of the suspects. No other details of the suspects were available.
