The sketch of one of three suspects involved in an armed robbery on Aug. 10 has been released by the Benedict College police.

Deputy Chief Gregory Bellamy, a department spokesman, said in a news release victims described a light-skinned black male armed with a weapon approached the victims with a weapon and robbed them on Haskell Street near Two Notch Road.

The victims described two other accomplices with the suspect as two black males with dark complexions and dread locks. All of the suspects were slim to medium built in size and were between 5-feet 9-inches tall and 5-feet 11-inches tall, according to Bellamy.

Bellamy said in the release, the suspects were believed to be “looking for easy targets of opportunity in the college/university area.”
