Batesburg-Leesville police have arrested a suspect accused of first degree burglary and assault and battery.
Police said Travis Weaver, 32, had outstanding warrants for the same charges for an incident that happened weeks earlier.
Police said Weaver may face additional charges from an incident that happened Wednesday.
Weaver had last been seen in an older model Chrysler 300M, according to police. It’s either silver or gold with silver wheels and a black spare rim in front and unknown dealer tags.
Police said the vehicle was stolen from North Carolina and may have damage to the front bumper.
Weaver is from Spartanburg, where he has 17 active warrants for his arrest, according to police. He also has family in North Carolina.
