Columbia police have dropped charges against a Columbia man in connection with a May 20 murder on Juniper Street and are seeking another suspect.
Police are now looking for Anthony Hackshaw, 33, and his 22-year-old wife, Rosa Leighann Grenald. Hackshaw has outstanding warrants against him for murder, assault with intent to kill, criminal conspiracy and possession of a firearm during a violent crime, Columbia police said Friday.
Police said they are also seeking Grenald, but did not say whether she faced any charges.
City police dropped charges against Johnathan Allen Bailey, 19. He is being held at the county jail on unrelated charges, police said.
The killing occurred in the backyard of a home at 300 Juniper Street.
