Sumter judge to decide whether man accused of killing repo man can be tried for murder

Third Circuit Judge George C. James Jr. is expected to render a decision at 4 p.m. Wednesday as to whether an 82-year-old man accused of shooting and killing a 38-year-old Rembert man in November 2012 should be granted immunity from prosecution for murder.
