    Dash cam footage of a fatal vehicle fire May 29, 2016, after a woman allegedly fled Forest Acres police officers. Using dental records, Richland County Coroner Gary Watts identified the driver as Lennetta Tierra Perry, 22, of Colleton Street in Columbia. The wreck, which trapped the driver inside, happened after the Forest Acres Police Department tried to make a traffic stop on Two Notch Road.
