There are more challenges these days for Columbia College, a women's college. From financial matters to females wanting to attend a co-ed college, leaders like Columbia College Provost, Dr. Carol Moore, are having to make hard decisions to keep small colleges attractive. Moore talks about the challenges and expounds on the advantages of the small, women's college.

When Elvan Hanley crossed the stage and accepted his diploma at Spring Valley High School’s graduation Thursday, he made his mother very proud. Florene Hanley-Fulks said her son Elvan’s graduation is made even more special because he is autistic and has earned a high-school diploma.
The 4k and 5k classes of Tori Rolack and Tera Stanford at St. Peter's Catholic school learn about Jesus' arrival in Jerusalem through the waving of palm fronds and a little Jesus portrayed by Paul Ascherman. Ms. Rolack also read the story of this event that lead up to Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection.
Lexington-Richland 5 is helping students with intellectual and developmental disabilities make a smoother transition to the workforce after high school thanks to an internship program with Palmetto Health.
