Plane forced down at Owens Field in Air Nat’l Guard training exercise

A drama unfolded over the skies of Columbia today when a SC Air National Guard pilot spotted a suspicious plane, swooped in with his jet fighter and forced the twin-engine craft to land at Owens Field south of Rosewood Drive.
