Sheri Few, a Republican candidate for superintendent of education, launched a 60-second radio ad Tuesday.
The ad is airing on more than 30 stations across the state, according to a news release from Few’s campaign.
In the ad, Few touts her opposition to Common Core and support of school vouchers and tax credits.
An announcer promotes Few “because a conservative state like South Carolina should have conservatives running our public schools.”
“As superintendent, I’ll oversee a school textbook review and weed out those with anti-American or anti-Christina bias,” Few said in the ad. “Schools should be for learning. Not indoctrination.”
Few is one of eight Republican candidates in the June 10 primary.
