• Democratic lieutenant governor candidate Bakari Sellers releases his senior plan as he starts a statewide tour of senior centers and assisted-living facilities in Conway. He also will visit West Columbia, Aiken, York, North Charleston, Port Royal and Greenville. Sellers' plan includes tax breaks and a transportation initiative, his campaign said. Republican candidate Henry McMaster's plan also includes tax help as well as consolidating programs to protect seniors from abuse.
• Two of the three challengers for Sen. Lindsey Graham's seat -- Libertarian Victor Kocher and petition candidate Thomas Ravenel -- will speak at the Beaufort Tea Party's monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m.
S.C. Procurement Review Panel meets on appeals from Palmetto Traffic Group and Short Counts at 10 a.m. in Blatt 501.
