S.C. Republican Party added 13 staffers members for a coordinated campaign in local, state and federal races in November.

"(W)e're heading into the fall with a team ready to make sure every voter in our state understands that the Republicans are delivering results for every part of our state and that the best is yet to come," Gov., Nikki Haley said in a statement.

The team is headed by Kurt Pickhardt, who was Haley's campaign political director and director of operations for the S.C. GOP. He also was state political director for former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty's 2012 presidential bid.

Tyson Grinstead, political director for the campaigns of Graham and U.S. Rep. Tom Rice of Myrtle Beach, will serve in the same role for Victory 2014. Hope Walker, the Republican National Committee's state director, will be the group's state field director.

"The Victory 2014 team will activate thousands of volunteers statewide who will work tirelessly to elect our Republican ticket led by Gov. Nikki Haley, Sen. Lindsey Graham and Sen. Tim Scott," state GOP party chairman Matt Moore said in statement.
