Buzzing today:• The medical marijuana study committee will meet at 1 p.m. Lawmakers will hear from the Medical University of South Carolina President Dr. David Cole, who will discuss a clinical trial, according to the agenda .
• Congressman Mark Sanford is bracing for a new round of legal trouble after his ex-wife, Jenny Sanford, asked a judge to order the South Carolina Republican to undergo mental evaluations and anger management classes.
