Sunday letters: Who says we’re not overtaxed?

The April 16 article, “Most think they pay right amount,” quoting from a McClatchy-Marist poll, indicated that 56 percent of Americans don’t think they are taxed too much. I would guess that the 43 percent of Americans who the Tax Policy Center says pay no federal income taxes think their rate of zero is about right.
