Wednesday letters: What is wrong with Congress?

How can the U.S. Congress continue year after year to authorize more spending than it has revenue to spend?

How can the U.S. Congress continue year after year to authorize more spending than it has revenue to spend?

It may be time for the mental health agencies in the 50 states to compare the names of their representatives and senators with their list of escaped patients and act accordingly. If they are not on their list of escapees, they must be prime candidates for their services.
