On April 3, Baron Hanson was praising Sen. Ted Cruz (“Cruz has what it takes to lead U.S.”) for being a passionate American and able to lead America. My question is: Lead to where?
Something is wrong with this picture. President Obama was born in Honolulu (in the United States), but some Republicans refuse to believe or accept that documented fact.
Sen. Ted Cruz was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and he is called an American. My history tells me Canada is not located in the United States of America. One of the requirements for being president of the United States is being a natural-born citizen. Maybe Sen. Cruz will lead all his followers back to Canada.
