Friday letters: Emma’s Law a step forward

I deeply appreciate Rep. Rick Quinn and Sen. Joel Lourie for leading their respective chambers to unanimously pass Emma’s Law. While the law is not perfect, it is a giant step forward to reduce the number of drunk drivers on our roads, as similar laws have done in other states.
