Monday letters: Arabs, Jews long have been divided

Have you ever thought that the volatile tension between Arabs and Jews can be traced back to Hebrew Father Abraham’s day (Genesis 21), when he banished his son Ishmael into the wilderness, to become the progenitor of the Arab race, while son Isaac remained that of the Jewish race? And just look at the world today.

As the popular song went, “And the beat goes on.”
