"Home Away From Home" Charlie Smith, 60, aka "Squirrel", heads home after spending an afternoon at the river. Smith has been hanging out on the Saluda River since 1968 and in 5 years has only missed 67 days. Smith, who prides himself on keeping the river area clean can normally be found with his pitchfork by his side. Smith said, "There's no place I'd rather be than hanging out on this river. It's the most beautiful place in the world."
