Sharon, a maid at South of the Border, checks to make sure the Holy Bible is in its place as she inspects rooms at the hotel. Some of Sharon's children tell her that they want to work at South of the Border one day. She encourages them to stay on track in school so they can get a higher-paying job. "I don't want my kids to make the same mistakes I did," she says. "I want them to have a better life than that."
