The Naval Operations Support Center at Fort Jackson, S.C. played host Friday, Nov. 06, 2009, to the re-flagging and first graduation from the Naval Chaplaincy School and Center following the Base Realignment and Closure decision that transferred the Navy school to Fort Jackson.
