6-6 Tevin Mack of Dreher has seen a number of major college recruiters come thru the gym during his workouts this spring. Earlier this week USC and Clemson had coaches in to watch Mack. Head coach Frank Martin and Brad Brownell have also been in to see him in person.
"He has heavy interest from both," said Mack's AAU coach Major Williamson. "His workouts have been very good. Everything is kind of open. He's going to have a lot of growth between last year and this year and he doesn't want to jump to make an early decision. He's keeping his head down and grinding away and we'll see what happens."
Mack has visited USC, Clemson, Georgia and Virginia Commonwealth. This weekend he'll be with his AAU team for a tournament in Pittsburgh.
Mack has been offered by Georgia, Houston, Jacksonville, Miami of Ohio, Stephen F. Austin, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech and VCU.
Last season he averaged 22 points per game and hit 38% from behind the three point line.
