Initially, DE Tevon Coney of Palm Beach Gardens, FL had every intention of visiting Clemson but has since cooled on the Tigers. He said his list is down to "six or seven" and that Clemson is not among them.
That means that unless things change, he will not visit the Upstate.
Coney named Notre Dame and Florida as his top two, in no order, but did not identify the rest of his list. After The Opening he will visit Auburn, Tennessee and Ohio State before the season begins.
"I'm still talking to Clemson and building a relationship but I don't think I'll visit," Coney said. "There's no real reason for that. They just didn't make my top seven."
Coney did not name a leader.
