Baseball: Tigers sweep Ga. Southern at home

No. 19 Clemson pounded out 14 hits in an 11-6 win over Georgia Southern at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Tigers (37-15) swept the series and upped their winning streak over the Eagles (25-26) to 13 games.
The Eagles took their first lead of the series with a run in the top of the second inning, but Clemson responded with five runs in the bottom of the inning and cruised from there.
Tiger starter Zack Erwin (5-0) earned the win by tossing five innings. He allowed six hits and three runs with one strikeout.
