Team USA East Coast wins first game

USA East Coast posted a 103-59 victory over Estonia's Tallinna Kalev in the squad's opening competition at the Four Nations Cup in Estonia on Monday.

USA East Coast, led by South Carolina coach Frank Martin, posted a 103-59 victory over Estonia's Tallinna Kalev, in the squad's opening competition at the Four Nations Cup in Estonia on Monday. Sophomore guard Sindarius Thornwell and senior guard Tyrone Johnson scored 13 and 12 points, respectively, in the win.

Thornwell finished with 13 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals, and Johnson dished six assists, to go along with 12 points and four rebounds. The team held Tallinna Kalev to just 33 percent from the field and held a 50-39 advantage on the boards.

The team continues play on Tuesday when it faces the Austrian National Team at 1 p.m.

USC-Baylor at noon: ESPN released the times for its College Hoops Tipoff Marathon. USC's game hosting Baylor on Nov. 18 will be broadcast at noon on ESPN.
