Fans will have to wait a few days longer to learn when the South Carolina-Auburn game will kick off Oct. 1 at Williams-Brice Stadium.
The game will begin at noon, 3:30 p.m. or 8 p.m., the SEC announced on Monday.
CBS on Monday exercised it six-day selection option, putting three games in limbo for Oct. 1. CBS will televise two games, one at 3:30 p.m. and the other at 8 p.m.
The games being held are Auburn at South Carolina, Alabama at Florida and Texas A&M vs. Arkansas in Dallas.
Never miss a local story.
Two of the three will be on CBS, and the network will decide this weekend. The game not selected by CBS will be on ESPN at noon.
CBS will decide, in part, after the results of this weekend's games involving those teams (Vanderbilt at USC; Arkansas at Alabama; Florida at Kentucky; Florida Atlantic at Auburn).
