Clowney, Sanders win individual awards from SEC coaches

South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, Florida kicker Caleb Sturgis and South Carolina return specialist Ace Sanders were voted as the Southeastern Conference’s top defensive player, top offensive player and freshman and top special teams players, respectively, in a vote of the league’s coaches, it was announced today.
