'Great place for me to play': Instate receiver commits to Gamecocks

Chapman High wide receiver Tyshun “Deebo” Samuel (Inman, SC) committed on Thursday to play football for South Carolina, 12 days after receiving a scholarship offer from the Gamecocks.
