Defensive end Jadeveon Clowney of South Pointe made an unofficial visit to South Carolina on Saturday night for the Kentucky basketball game.
His mother and father were with him for the visit.
"I enjoyed it and he enjoyed it too," said Clowney's mother Josenna. "Everything is still the same. He still hasn't made up his mind."
Ms. Clowney said they enjoyed their time talking with Steve Spurrier and the other USC coaches.
And her son certainly noticed when the fans started to chant his name.
"I think he really like that," she said. "He just laughed."
Ms. Clowney said the plan is for them to visit Clemson this coming weekend as scheduled. After that, she's not sure if they'll take any more visits.
Clowney has made official visits to USC and Alabama.
Alabama coaches are scheduled to visit Thursday. USC coaches also will be in this coming week, but the day has not been determined.
Clowney will wait until Valentine's Day to make his announcement.
