Point guard Brenton Williams (5-11) of Sante Fe College in Florida committed to South Carolina on Saturday after wrapping up a brief visit with the Gamecocks.
Williams played one season at Sante Fe and will have three years of eligiblity at USC.
In 10 games last season, Williams averaged more than 11 points per game. As a high school senior at Osceloa High School in Kissimmee, Fla., Williams averaged over 26 points per game.
Williams will be the third member of USC's 2011 recruiting class.
